1. Call, Text, or email Daniel or Jamie with your request and location
2. One of us will text you a link to fill out some simple medical questions.
3. When the medical screening form is complete you will get a personal phone call from Daniel or Jamie
4. During this time your medical form is being screened.
5. We will then receive clearance and be dispatched to your location
At this time, we do not accept any insurance. We take all major forms of payment. Our providers do not carry cash. We are able to accept all debit and credit cards, Apple pay, Venmo, Zelle, Cash app, HSA/FSA and PayPal.
In general, we do not charge clients any fee for travel. Long distance requests outside of a
1-hour radius are a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with us if you have questions on distance.
